Which areas do you offer delivery to, and what are the fees?
We proudly deliver all over Auckland.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday – Thursday get delivered next day.
Any orders placed from Friday – Sunday get delivered Monday afternoon.
What if I’m not home for the delivery?
At checkout, please provide delivery instructions if you require box to be left at a specific spot.
If no instructions are provided, your box will be left at your doorstep.
Do you deliver on weekends and/or public holidays?
Presently we only deliver 5 days a week – Monday – Friday, between 8am -6pm
Will I be contacted in time if my order is delayed?
While we aim to deliver next day as promised, sometimes natural occurrences may hinder deliveries. In which case, our CS team will contact you with an update.
What do I do if I receive my order with damaged or missing items?
Please contact us within 24 hours.
Refunds are applied within 48 hours.

Can I change or add to my order?
Absolutely!
Providing next day delivery gives you enough time once you’ve placed order to make any changes.
